聽到Sade這首歌，不少人會立馬想到Michael Barr, Ruben Luna & Scott Schrank的    Smooth Operator 

我們的教練群體貼婆婆媽媽，怕大家轉昏頭，選了超簡易版，不過我有個感覺，越是簡單柔緩的舞步，越難表現，如果你只是想照本宣科把舞步踏完，當然可以輕鬆過關，但要融入音樂中，把歌聲的妖嬌、撫媚展現出現，除了舞技、還要勇氣….

第1、2段舞步相同

右前踏 籃球左轉90（3：00）斜恰恰  左rock 右回  踏3下（左右左）

減拍：

it happens on Wall 4 and Wall 10. After 13 counts into the dance, you hold for 3 counts & begin again. You will hear it in the music! Yes,... you will!! :)

第4面、10面牆（9：00），跳完13拍，面對3：00時，停3拍，重新開始！
